Refund and Returns Policy


Digital Services: Refunds are generally not provided for digital marketing services, as these services are often customized and delivered on an ongoing basis. However, we understand that unique situations may arise, and we are committed to finding a fair resolution.

Service Disruptions: In the event of service disruptions or failures on our part that significantly impact the delivery of digital marketing services, we will work to rectify the issue promptly. If a refund is deemed appropriate, it will be provided at the discretion of Grow Pro Local Limited, co-owned by Ashaduzzaman Hasib.

    • In the event of cancellation by the client, the consultation fee remains non-refundable.
